Google TC Eggingtons for a long list of critiques from customers all over the world. Here are just a few...
TC Eggintons is by far the best breakfast spot around. I have been going to TC Eggington's for breakfast with my family since I was a little girl and now I take my own family. They are kid friendly and have the most amazing food, there is nothing like it. A great experience from the time you walk in the door. The staff is friendly, the owner knows you by name and the food is out of this world.

As for the menu, bring a BIG appetite. My favorites are the O'Pear omelet (bosc pear slices with bacon, havarti cheese and almonds) and the signature Eggington omelet (chicken, mushroom, cream cheese and broccoli smothered in Hollandaise...yummmmmm). I'm a sucker for their potatoes, too. The pancakes are like fluffy giant pillows of deliciousness. For the best of both worlds, substitute a pancake for the English muffin with your omelet.
If you're perusing the lunch menu, consider the albacore tuna, apple, walnut salad - crisp, fresh and filling. The Natie Bomb and the grilled chicken feta sandwiches also are high on my list of favs.

Most restaurants serve fries with their sandwiches, TC Egg makes a different, fresh from scratch soup every day to go with their really tasty sandwiches. And their omelettes are just as thoughtful, from the one stuffed with crab, artichoke hearts and hollandaise, to the fritattas. I usually split a meal so I can have the walnut chocolate pie (sinful!) for dessert!

Decisions, decisions, decisions. The frittata with chorizo, cheese and jalapenos? The apple pecan pancakes with brown sugar cinnamon? The superb cinnamon bread French toast dipped in a custardy batter? Luckily, tomorrow is another day.

T.C. Eggington's puts country quality on a busy corner. The large omelets are perfectly cooked and delicious.
