LINE/PREP COOK
As a Line Cook/Prep, you will be responsible for using the correct tools to prepare all items according to daily pars while ensuring product quality, quantity, appearance and temperature. Your duties include but are not limited to, preparing high quality food according to guest's requests, maintaining a continuous and steady flow of food, following sanitation and safety standards while effectively and respectively communicating with team members. Requirements of this position include, a good sense of balance, bending and kneeling, a high overall awareness level, the ability to multi-task, lifting up to 40 pounds waist high, ability to exert fast paced mobility and stand for long periods of time with basic reading, writing and verbal communication skills.
